Within two weeks of the visit: a dollar-quantified findings report, a prioritized ROI roadmap (every opportunity ranked by hard-dollar impact, with a timeline to capture it), and a software lock-in assessment of your current stack. A plan you can act on, not a deck that gathers dust.

Minimal. Most staff interviews run 20–30 minutes, and we work around your operation rather than halting it. The heavy analysis happens on our side, before and after the two on-site days.
